Cooking Class Info

Cooking Classes Can Be Structured In Many Ways

Classes can be held at an individual's house or a public area.  The type of class can be either hands-on or demonstration.  Menus are chosen and then created in the classroom.  Wines can also be paired with each course to help students understand how they go together.

 

A sample menu for a hands on class could be:  Appetizer - Fennel Cream Soup,

Main Course - Bistecca Fiorentina with Tuscan Potatoes, Dessert - Chocolate Dipped Biscotti.

 

A sample menu for a demonstration class could be:  Spaghetti Bolognese, Ricotta Cheesecake.

 

All classes range from 3-5 hours depending on the complexity of the menu and prices vary depending on the number of people in a class and the ingredients required.
